Employee Assistance Programme for the Public Service of Trinidad and Tobago.
The Government of Trinidad and Tobago, through the Strategic Plan, Vision 2020, has articulated the country’s vision for national development. Among the objectives set out in the Plan is the transformation of the Public Service into a citizen-centered, results-driven organisation. A key focus of the transformation strategy is the establishment of a modern human resource management system which facilitates the procurement, development and engagement of highly skilled and productive employees - 30th December, 2009.

Guidelines for Managing HIV and AIDS in the the Public Service - December, 2009
As the single, largest employer in the economy, GORTT has a key role in responding to the challenge of protecting some 80,000+ employees in its attempt to address HIV and AIDS in the Public Service. On behalf of GORTT, the Personnel Department has risen to this challenge and is pleased to offer Guidelines for Managing HIV and AIDS in the Public Service to support the efforts being made to prevent and treat HIV and AIDS, as well as those persons who are living with HIV and those affected by the disease in public service organizations- December,2009.

Regulatory Framework For The Performance Management Appraisal System (PMAS)
Provisions of Chapter IV-Regulations 34 and 35 of the Public Service Commission Regulations - requires Permanent Secretaries and Heads of Departments to submit Staff Reports / Performance Appraisals on Public Officers to the Director of Personnel Administration on an annual basis-11th March, 2014.
